It’s been a while, but I thought I’d be Irish and share a nice recipe for Guinness brownies. They’re pretty rich, definitely chocolatey, and pretty good even in the opinion of someone who isn’t a big brownie fan. Two thumbs up.

Sometimes I post photos of things I bake on Facebook and sometimes people I know will comment saying they want me to make them something. I made these for someone under those circumstances recently. It’s a super easy and super yummy recipe. My family was all mad at me for giving them away! Original recipe here.

I made these brownies for my mom to take to work at the nursing home but they were still hot when she left so she frosted them there. I asked her to take a picture and this is what she gave me… but apparently the patients enjoyed them! Original recipe here.

As you may know, Mother’s Day passed recently and I thought it would be a nice treat if I baked a coffee cake for my grandmother who’s been ill recently. Original recipe here. It was a crowd pleaser.

Before I get into this incredible cake recipe I’d like to thank my beautiful girlfriend for keeping this blog alive while I’ve been ridiculously busy with my new job and school. Thank you beautiful <3

My mom loves red velvet cake so I have been meaning to give this recipe a try for quite some time. Original recipe here. These treats are easy and delicious, just like Amy ;)

So I’m not a big fan of plain ol’ pretzels, but I had this big bag left over from another baking endeavor. I turned to Google to find a way to incorporate them into a recipe and came across this recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars, which I took the liberty of changing into Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars (because I had coconut leftover too). The verdict?: Simple to make and a nice treat to feed to your roommate while you watch Aladdin together for film class.

My roommate’s week is off to a rough start so I thought I would try to make her a special treat. I came across this recipe for Oreo Nutella Brownie Bites and gave them a shot. Super easy to make and pretty yummy too :)

I don’t look it but believe it or not, I’m Irish. It’s St. Patrick’s Day weekend so I had to make a nice Irish treat for my family. My mom picked this recipe for Guinness and Bailey’s Irish Cream Cupcakes. They take a bit of prep time but they turned out pretty good!

I stumbled upon this recipe for Cinnamon Roll Cake and thought it looked pretty good so I gave it a try. Definitely a yummy dessert.
